The tools
Daily Marketer provides free tools for marketing work. Ad sizes, character limits, analytics rules and email previews are based on public information from each platform and are provided as guidance. Platforms change their requirements without notice, so always confirm specs in the platform itself before launching a campaign.
Your content
You keep all rights to the images, files, copy and links you use with our tools. They're processed in your browser and aren't sent to us. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use and convert any content you work with.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the site's operation, or scrape or copy the site at scale.
Privacy

Availability
We may change, add or remove tools and features, or pause the site, at any time. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
Advertising and third parties

No warranty
The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Daily Marketer isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
